Each member of the team was prompt and informative.  Missy came within days of my initial call.  She gave me an estimate per window and explained the available products.  When I requested examples of properties that I could see the installed treatment she promptly emailed the information. She later followed up to see if I had additional questions. Once I made my decision the work was scheduled quickly.  The day pror to the install I received a phone call to confirm the time.  The morning of the install Jason phoned to confirm that he would be at the house within 20 minutes.  The application went smoothly and Jason made sure that all questions were answered.  They cleaned up after themselves, wore shoes covers to protect the floor;  were respectful of my property.
