“First of all I couldn’t find anyone who was interested in selling us new shade film to replace my old faded film in our solarium until I finally found the SolarTex folks in Columbus. Even though we are a 2 hour drive from, their facility there was no reluctance to visit our home to look at our project, establish what our needs and priorities were, review with us the available film options including samples, specifications, warentees, and pricing. once we selected the product the sales person quickly prepared a couple of estimates for our project so that we could confirm, in our own mind, what option we, indeed, wanted.

A confirming deposit was sent, and our project was quickly scheduled. We had to later request a later instillation date and this was handeled for us with no issue.

When the service me arrived we were impressed with their prepardeness and professionalism of the workers and their concern for our needs and wishes. We expected 2 workers who would have taken 2 days to complete the job but were pleasantly surprised to have 4 workers show up in order to get it all done in one day. The project was completed and the work area cleaned before the workers thanked us for our business, accepted our credit card for the final payment and departed.

All in all we were very impressed with the SolarTex team and would, without hesitation, refer them to anyone who could benefit from their service.”
